Acatenango Overnight Hike Multiday Tour

Each tent has a pillow, – 6°C sleeping bag, extra blanket, a 5″ or 12cm comfortable mattress, under the matt all over the tent we have a waterproof carpet to isolate the cold from the bottom, also the tent is inside a wooden cabin to isolate the cold from the top. In our tourism project we work together with a cooperative of local guides CAT (Comité de Autogestión Turística) conformed by the people of the community San Jose Calderas, Chimaltenango.

This unique experience can be realized on 2 types of vehicles: ATVs and a Guatemalan Shuttle AKA ¨Pick-Up-Truck¨. This is a unique eco-park located in one of the highest mountains around Antigua at an elevation of about 7,600 ft. we take a short hike to enjoy more amazing views of the valley and volcanoes with lots of places to take some amazing pictures.
