The day takes place in several stages and will introduce you to magnificent and unmissable places in Reunion. We will pass through the Plaine des Cafres, a large high altitude plateau with green pastures, to then cross the volcano forest and its mysterious atmosphere. Let's take a break at the Rivière des Remparts to admire its dizzying cliffs.
We will then cross the Sand Plain: a gigantic sandy expanse like one could find on Mars. Then we finally stand facing the Piton de la Fournaise volcano. A one-hour hike is possible to access the Formica Léo crater.
On the way back, we will visit the city of the Volcano.
