Churchill & World War 2 London Walking Tour

Voted the greatest figure in British history, this walking tour explores the life of Winston Churchill and discovers the true extent of the damage and destruction of London during World War 2. You’ll visit many of Churchill’s iconic landmarks including his home at Downing Street, the Ministry of Defence, and the Houses of Parliament where many of his most crucial decisions were made. Along the way, you’ll see the most famous Churchill statue in Parliament Square, St Margaret’s Church where he married his beloved Clementine in 1908, and Churchill’s favorite London pub. Finish your tour outside the Churchill War Rooms, the preserved underground bunker from which Churchill plotted Britain’s victory.
