Inside one of the quarries of granite stone, it is thought that the female pharaoh Hatshepsut commissioned the work during the 18th dynasty. If carved out, it would have measured about 42 meters and has been lying there for more than 3,500 years. After visiting these iconic Pharaonic landmarks, you will get dropped off at your hotel/hostel.
