Visit to the Germano winery with lunch and wine tasting
In addition to a detailed overview of the cultivation of the vine and the production of Barolo, the peculiarity lies in the guided lunch, a real taste analysis of the wines and paired dishes. With kindness and lightness, you will be guided to create a sensorial map of the various characteristics of each wine and each dish to create real sensorial profiles. The historic Germano Angelo winery is an important piece of the history of Barolo. Teobaldo Germano was the founder and first president of the Barolo cooperative winery, which was later dissolved in 1930 and purchased by Davide Germano to transform it into his own winery. The tasting takes place in the now renovated rooms. The same Davide who founded the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo and Barbaresco in 1934. During this class you will make, bake & then eat your own home-baked pizza from Ariella's antique wood-burning oven. You choose the toppings she will show you how to make your signature fluffy light dough. Served with selected local wines (less than 10km) and homemade tiramisu. Join Ariella in her lovely garden!

Private E-bike Tour " Langhe del Barbaresco " - Asphalt only
We are going to visit the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. A few kilometers away from Alba and Barolo, we will travel on paved secondary roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so that you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region . The route is about 38 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 840 meters, therefore suitable for moderately trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the medieval towers and villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The route, completely on asphalt, is easy and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty on the steep sections, the guide will show you how to tackle them safely, or he will change the route to make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone.
