3 Hours Chobe River Boat Cruise
On a Chobe River Game Cruise you will cruise upstream into the Chobe National Park. This is an excellent opportunity to see large herds of elephants drinking and playing in the river. From the river you will be able to see giraffe, kudu, impala, zebra and maby other antelope. You will also see large herds of buffalo making their way down to the waters edge to quench their thirst. Wallowing Hippo are a regular feature on a Chobe River Game Cruise and crocodile are often spotted on the waters edge. A Game Cruise is a fantastic opportunity for birdwatchers to view the many bird species that live in the park.
Chobe Full day Safari: Game Drive & Boat Safari with Lunch
Located in the north of the country, Chobe is Botswana's third largest park, has its main geographical features of lush flood plains and dense woodland of mahogany, teak and other hardwoods now largely reduced by heavy elephant pressure. The Chobe River which flows along the Northeast border of the park, is a major watering spot, especially in the dry season (May through October) for large breeding herds of elephants, as well as families of giraffe, sable and cape buffalo. The flood plains are the only place in Botswana where the puku antelope can be seen. Birding is also excellent here. Large numbers of carmine bee eaters are spotted in season. When in flood various species of stork, duck and other waterfowl flock to the area. This is likely Chobe's most visited section, in large part because of its proximity to the Victoria Falls. The town of Kasane, situated just downstream, is the most important town of the region and serves as the northern entrance to the park.

The Game Drive into Chobe National Park will start at 6:30am. Your driver will be a professional guide with extensive knowledge on the park and its inhabitants. The park is especially known for its massive elephant population, huge array of bird species and big cats such as lion and leopard. You will discover some of the parks distinct ecosystems with dense woodland, extensive savannahs and rolling grasslands while travelling along the Caprivi flood plains. As this is a private game drive you can ask your guide to tailor your trip towards specific birdlife or wildlife if you like. After the game drive lunch will be served at a hotel on the riverbank before getting on a boat for the Chobe River Cruise. This will give you ample opportunity to enjoy the gorgeous river scenery and extraordinarily close views of lots of animals, including elephants, hippos, crocodiles and birdlife.
