If during your trip to Bologna you feel the desire to totally immerse yourself in the local culinary culture, you are in the right place, welcome to Grazia's kitchen! I offer a cooking lesson that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta, with two different typical condiments, including Bolognese sauce. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking lesson, you will have your hands covered with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove for the preparation of the sauces and then the plating. Possibility of vegetarian menu on request and lots of information on the history of traditional Italian food. The lesson is in English and Italian, but don't worry if you speak other languages that I don't know, we will be able to understand each other while we make pasta together! my dog is my family and lives in the house with me. If you're allergic or afraid of dogs, maybe this pasta-making class isn't for you.
