No experience necessary, but you should be a proficient swimmer. We'll help you in every way, and teach you about getting up, paddle strokes, turning, backing up, and getting comfortable on your board. All equipment is included. Our paddling areas include the unique opportunity to experience dolphins and manatees as well, so we always have fun. The lesson/tour runs from 1.5hrs to 2.5 hrs depending on your comfort level. Please arrive ready to get wet, and have towels and a change of clothes handy. We also recommend sunscreen, dry bag for electronics, and bottled water to keep handy.
