The Kluže fort - admission prices
This majestic fort above the Koritnica gorge is one of the most visited cultural sights in the Soča valley. It is an important monument to the defence against Turkish invasions, Napoleon's army and attacks during World War I. The Koroška fort on the slope of Mt. Rombon was built as a support to the Kluže Fort, between years 1897 and 1900, i.e. in Austria-Hungary. Med prvo svetovno vojno je bila zaradi silovitega italijanskega obstreljevanja močno poškodovana. Today, informative signs have been placed next to the debris of the fort. Access to Fort Hermann: By foot, from the Kluže Fort, on a wide marked route, which is carved into a rocky slope, through a 100 m long illuminated stone tunnel and then on the left path that climbs the Rombon. The walk to the fort takes a little less than half an hour.

For us this activity is a really special one, because it is tailor made for families that want to introduce their little ones to the outdoors. We will try to make as much as we can to make the trip fun for the kids: splash downstream, swim, jump, and many more. She will guide you through an experience that will be fun, light-hearted and relaxing...you will also have the opportunity to try more challenging positions if you wish!

You will paddel 8km down one of the cleanest rivers in the world. Our guide will lead the raft and inbetween the tour make some stops, where you will experience swimming in the river with its 10°C. You will also creat Raft-slide to have additional fun with jumping and sliding, maybe even making a front flip. If you are brave enough you can jump from a 7m rock, named "The Manhatten Rock". Our family&team will make you feel welcome and you will learn fun facts, maybe some secrets, about our home - Soča Valley.
