Port Louis combines a good mix of old and new – stop at traditional markets or modern malls like Caudan Waterfront Your next stop will be at Citadelle, a historical military fortress site that features ruins and cannons overlooking the city of Port Louis on one side and rugged mountain ranges on the other.
