Throughout my experience as a guide, I noticed that long explanations during tours are not always preferred. My goal is to show you the real Japan through the experience of a real local while keeping a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Even though I am not a professional guide anymore, but I am sure we can have a wonderful full-day tour together. I like to change my itinerary every now and then, so my tour is fully customizable.

Calligraphy Tokyo. Enjoy a unique Japanese cultural activity of SHODO calligraphy in Tokyo. A shodo expert will kindly explain the connection between meditation and Japanese calligraphy and teach you how to use the brush to create strokes like the Japanese. Enjoy cultural activity of Japan on a 60-minute calligraphy class in Tokyo. Lessons will be held in order of hiragana, katakana, kanji. Kind Japanese teachers will instruct you in the tatami-style room.

Koto Japanese Traditional Instrument Experience
Your first experience with the koto is a rare opportunity to experience the magic of music and traditional Japanese culture. You can learn how to play koto with a professional licensed instructor who is licensed as an Ikuta-ryu teacher. This is a small group lesson with a capacity of 2 people for one lesson. After a brief introduction about the koto, you will get sheet music of anime songs or hit tunes, and play your own favorite songs. The sound of the koto will give a new charm to your performance, and it will be very moving. We will deliver valuable time that can only be experienced in Japan to tourists visiting Japan.

Commute from Asakusa to Tokyo station in a private taxi is included in the price. With every package, you will receive 30 fully retouched photographs within one week of the shoot.
Asakusa: Ultimate 3-geisha experience for group of max 4 after history tour
After a 3.5-hour history tour, your local expert certified guide will provide you with an in-depth explanation of geisha including the history of geisha art, their training, and of course, proper etiquette to enjoy their exquisite company! Once you arrive, your geisha for the evening will be waiting for you in their splendid kimono; relax as they expertly pour your sake and let yourself be enthralled by their refined dancing. Your senses will instantly be delighted as you savor authentic and seasonal kaiseki cuisine to the sounds of traditional music. Later, you’ll have the unique opportunity to enjoy their laughter as you play traditional games with them. No Japanese skills are necessary to play games with geisha, but your guide will be available as an interpreter the entire evening should you have any questions. Tokyo Asakusa tour and Shrine Maiden Ceremonial Dance Experience
Originally, it was thought that the god descended on the dancing miko by expressing itself in the form of an oracle. Thus, the miko became one with the god and therefore with nature. At here, you can meet a real shrine maiden (miko) and participate in a ceremonial dance (mikomai) class. The miko sensei will teaches you the steps of traditional ceremonial dance “Toyosakamai”. Before having a traditional ceremonial dance lesson, the sensei will have a small lecture about origins and history of the shrine maiden. During the experience, you can take photos and videos while wearing a shrine maiden costume. We will deliver valuable time that can only be experienced in Japan to tourists visiting Japan.
