Top 5 Western Restaurant having multicultural experience in Saigon

More than 340 thousand adults in Vietnam chose to eat out (instead of at home) in the second quarter of 2016. 7% of them regularly visit European-style restaurants, this proves that Vietnamese people have a palate for Western cuisine. Consequently, this indicates the motivation for restaurant business owners to expand geatly in this segment. This is 5 stimulating restaurants serving multicultural dishes from all over the world that are so mouthwatering that you need to try at least one

Hellas - Greek cuisine

Souvlaki consists of homemade Pita bread served with grilled chicken or pork and french fries. To wake up your taste buds, start the meal with a plate of Greek Salad, followed by Moussaka made with eggplant and potatoes. Topped with minced meat sauce and topped with Bechamel sauce – all baked and served while still smoking. And if your stomach is still not satisfied, enjoy the Souvlaki which consists of homemade Pita bread served with grilled chicken or pork and fries.

Tacos Fuego - Mexican cuisine

Tacos Fuego makes mexican food in the Southern California style. If you’re a fan of mexican food, be ready to be pleasently surprised with the dishes. They make a variety of street tacos, nachos, or mexican fries, I can taste they put all our their effort into satisfying that craving for Mexican fare.

Chuck's Burger - American cuisine

This is just your typical boy meets burger, Boy falls in love with burger, Boy and burger join forces to create one of Ho Chi Minh’s most loved burger joint Story. Their vision was to build a place that would serve only the most mouthwatering Classic American inspired burgers made with love and the finest, freshest ingredients. They grind their own patties to the best quality of their product. You will taste local produce like Da Lat potatoes that are hand cut everyday, house sweet pickles, crunchy onion rings, and crispy zucchini fries.

Kebaby - German doner kebab

The root is German and they serve variations of Kebabs that are inspired by the Döner metropole Berlin. My favorite grilled protein as Lamb gets filled in a Pita Pocket or wrapped as a roll in various sizes. I love enjoying healthy Kebaby Bowls that are highly nutricious. The meals are halal and available for vegans and vegetarians as well. I would totally reccomend you to enjoy your Döner Kebab with your family and friends.

L'usine - Western fusion cuisine

L'usine Crescent Mall
101 Tôn Dật Tiên, P. Phú Thuận, Quận 7, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh 700000, Vietnam

The food here is made mainly in Western style such as Pasta, Beefsteak, or Salad, but there are still many Vietnamese dishes on the menu. My choice includes 1 lasagna, which is oven-baked leaf noodles stuffed with minced meat in tomato sauce and beefsteak. Lasagna here is very tasty, not too salty like classic Italian, with Parmesan cheese (an Italian cheese indispensable on Pasta dishes). However, the beefsteak I ordered medium rare but it tastes a bit dry, so if you like slightly rare meat, just order rare. The rest of the side dishes such as fries and salad are delicious and not boring, there is also an interesting chicken salad with lots of kale and Parmesan cheese that is worth trying.
