Our excursion will begin when our guides pick you up at the meeting point early in the morning to arrive at the Covadonga Lakes as soon as possible and make the most of the day. We will stop at the Interlagos Viewpoint and enjoy the wonderful views it offers of Lake Ercina and Lake Enol. Our guide will make the experience complete by explaining the history of Spain's first national park. Then we will continue until we reach the Basilica of Covadonga, a truly impressive building, made with stone extracted from the Covadonga mountains themselves. We will also see the Cave of the Virgin of Covadonga or La Cuevona, where the carving of the Virgin of Covadonga or La Santina, patron saint of all Asturians, is located.
