Forest healing around the giant beech and katsura trees

Forest healing around the giant beech and katsura trees

If you gather at Hot Yuda Ekimae Yume Plaza, drive from there to the parking lot of Usadaira Midday for 1 hour and walk for another 1 hour to reach the vast beech forest in the foot of the Ou Mountains. .. In the past, cattle were grazing and charcoal-grilled, so there is almost no undergrowth and it is a walkable forest. However, it is now a spot that locals rarely visit. In this forest, which everyone knows now, you can get energy from the giant trees by going around the beech's mother tree, a large katsura with a circumference of more than 12 m.
