We enter their habitat and usually have the privilege of seeing these beautiful marine mammals free from captivity in their own environment. Our Wildlife Safari takes you to three different habitats near Byron Bay. You’ll visit eucalyptus forest, rainforest and grassland to discover the animals that live there. We guarantee you’ll see a koala or two, a mob of kangaroo, and many species of bird. If conditions are right you may also see pademelon, echidna, tawny frogmouth and water dragons. Along the way you will be amazed at the abundant birdlife. On this tour we travel to where the animals live so it involves a bit of driving. We start with a 45-minute drive to our first stop and end the day with a 1-hour drive back to Byron Bay. In between there are short drives and walks. Half Day Guided Surf Lesson in Byron Bay
Group lessons with Soul Surf School are a great way to experience surfing some of our world famous breaks in a group setting. We have a number of beaches to chose from in the Byron/Lennox/Ballina area, and our team are dedicated to finding the best, fun and safest waves every day. We run the lowest ratio of instructors to surfers in the area, at 1:7 for adults and from 1:4 for little ones. This ensures that all our surfers receive plenty of attention, individual feedback and all the groms are safe in the water. We have a great range of equipment, with over 80 fun safe soft surfboards and intermediate to advanced boards that will help you to learn faster and catch lots of waves.

Don't have all day? Enjoy your morning at the beach and join us in the afternoon for an awesome arvo session! We kick things off at 2pm and will head to 2 local Breweries and a Distillery. Or 2 distilleries and a brewery. At each Brewery and Distillery, we will get to taste a large selection of their Beers and Spirits on offer. (Tasting paddles) 10-15 drinks in total (all included) Not a beer drinker? No problem, we can substitute beer for cider, wine or seltzer so you don’t miss out! Food can also be purchased at the breweries if your feeling peckish! Head back to Byron rejuvenated after an adventure filled with conscious talks and inspirational ideas. * The itinerary is subject to change without notice according to park closures, weather conditions, and moon position. Eg: When the moon is too bright (at the time of the experience) it affects glow-worm visibility at the National Park. The tour is, therefore, run at a different location where the visibility is better. All itineraries visit a pristine waterfall, an epic lookout, and, a magical glowworm location. * Driving time is around 1 hour and 15min each way with stops along the way in.
