Peekskill Bar and Pub Walking Tour
Peekskill is one of the gems of Westchester's Hudson Valley. It is also one of the most walkable cities in Westchester. During downtown our bar crawl, we will visit 5 bars, each bar has its own style, uniqueness, and drinks. Each bar we visit also serves food, so if you would like to get some food on the tour it's possible. All participants are responsible for paying for any drink and food they have ordered. No drinks or food are included in the tour price. Our walking tour will start and end in downtown Peekskill. The tour will start at 8 pm and end at 10 pm at a bar where you can continue your party. Victorian Springtime at The Octagon House, a one-hour tour, includes both a guided exploration of the lush 19th-century grounds and an unforgettable interior tour of this marvelously preserved Victorian Summer Home. Guests will see and smell a vibrant array of Victorian flowers inside the fully restored Lord and Burnham greenhouse, listen to an orchestra of songbirds in the Foxglove Garden, and step back in time with a stroll around the 360-degree verandah. In the interior portion of the tour, see many examples of how the natural world heavily influenced Victorian life and design.

We'll explore some of Peekskill's top bakeries, cafes, and restaurants as we stroll around the downtown area. There are a lot of interesting eateries, cafes, and restaurants in Peekskill. The origin of Beyonce's 42nd birthday cake, Blondery, is one of our most well-known restaurants and where our trip will begin. As an added treat, we will visit the farmers markets in Peekskill if you schedule our tour for the summer or fall. The Salty Queens are my favorite vendor at our farmer's market; they have the best donuts. We'll also make a brief detour to visit one of my favorite bakeries, which makes fresh baguettes every morning with a more European flair. The tour will end at Blondery, where we began, after roughly 2.5 to 3 hours of walking over 3 to 4 miles. Due to its flat terrain, Peekskill Downtown allows you to wear whichever shoes that you find most comfortable. Each participant must pay separately and directly to the seller for the food and beverages they consume.
