Stellenbosch E-Bike (Half Day) Wine Farm Tour
After departing from Lanzerac E-Bike Trail Centre you will follow our guide along the Eerste River and past some historic buildings. The track will take you into Stellenbosch town with a scenic route where you can do wine tasting , grab a coffee or even an ice cream. From here you will cycle again into the Jonkershoek valley to Stark Conde for asome great wines. You are surrounded by nature and beauty all the way and cycling on the e-bikes enables you to soak up so much more. We spend 30-45 minutes at each wine farm giving you time to enjoy different wine flavors and also do some shopping. Electric Bicycles or and e-bike handles like a normal bicycle but they assist you when you pedal. They are fitted with a motor and a battery. The moment you start to pedal then the motor kicks in and assists you on your journey! This makes cycling more fun with less effort! Your Guide will assist you in understanding your e-bike as well as adjusting the seat post and handing out helmets.
2 Hour Vineyard Trail Ride
What a fantastic way to experience the winelands, from between the ears of a horse. Our 2 Hour trail ride will start off with a short lesson for novices, after which we will head out onto our own nursery farm, and then cross to our neighboring wine farm. Your ride will take you through vineyards, farmland and indigenous fynbos, all with spectacular views of Table mountain. We do not mix groups, so you will not be held back or put under pressure from other guests. Everyone gets exactly the ride they want, be that a gentle walk through vineyards, or a fast paced canter down a farm track. Your guide will be a local guide, with vast knowledge of South-African culture, the local area and natural horsemanship. Our horses are absolutely the heart of our business. We work with them through connection and natural horsemanship which means they are well trained, and gentle natured. We never ride the same trail twice, so expect a wonderful ride!

This is a hop on hop off service on the Stellenbosch Wine Route. The Southern route visits 6 farms during the day and captures the differences between the wine estates in Stellenbosch and departs Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and Sundays. We do the driving and you do the tasting. Farms visited are Neethlingshof, Van Ryn Brandy distillery, Spier, Haskell, Alto and Kleine Zalze.
