The Bonneville Salt Flats Tour

The Bonneville Salt Flats are a unique geological wonder seen in very few places around the world. We will travel there (1.5 hour drive one-way from Salt Lake City) in a 9 person Van. We'll share some amazing geological facts about the lake, it's history and current culture. The expansive wilderness and drive to the Salt Flats is simply incredible. The Salt Flats dry in the summer and typically wet in the winter. When wet, it's often calm, sending mirror like reflections of the mountains in the background. And in the dry season we can drive for miles along the pristine flats. If it's wet we'll bring our gum boots and walk out into the flats. The photo opportunities are endless!
