Our journey begins in Athens with cultural immersion, exploring the Parthenon, Acropolis and the city's historical sites as well as a Greek dance class and open-air cinema. The itinerary proceeds to Vamos for a hands-on cooking lesson in a 200-year-old olive press, blending local ingredients in a village feast. The journey continues to Axos, an eco-tourist resort, allowing guests to engage in farming activities and cooking experiences. A visit to the Holy Monastery of Preveli offers historical insights, followed by exploration in Sitia, including visits to olive farms, vineyards, and traditional villages.
