- Child ticket: Age 0-12 and above 90cm in height
- Senior ticket: Age 60 and above
- Children aged 0-3 and are below 90cm in height can enter free of charge (must meet both requirements)
- Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
- No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes allowed
- No refunds will be given due to rides closure or inclement weather
- For your safety, please do not bring any sharp and dangerous materials/objects
- Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
- In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows
- Your Original Ticket will be delivery to your hotel one day before visit to sunway lagoon (During the booking please mention your e mail address or valid contact no to communicate)
- Opening Hours: Sunway Lagoon is open daily from 10:00am-6:00pm
- Access to all rides except Extreme Park rides
- Quack Xpress wristband, skip regular lines for these selected 21 rides and attractions
