- The date you choose at checkout will be the date your Alcatraz Tour is confirmed. After purchase, please email us to confirm your selected Alcatraz visit date, please do this as soon as possible. This must be done no later than 10 days before tour date.
- To receive your Alcatraz Ticket you must check into the supplier office (on voucher) one day prior to the Alcatraz Tour date or before 9am on the date of your Alcatraz Tour.

- The Muir Woods Tour departs at 9:00AM and 1:00 PM from the Big Bus Tours Visitor Center at 99 Jefferson St, San Francisco, CA 94133. Please arrive 20 - 30 minutes before your departure time to allow time for check in & bus boarding.
- Please provide each passenger’s first and last names as they appear on Photo ID, as well as anyone’s age, that is under the age of 18 marked next to their name.
