Depending on your morning tour start time (9am or 10am), you will have between 1h30 and 2h30 break between the Colosseum and Vatican tours.
You have to make your own way from the Colosseum to the Vatican. There is plenty of time to travel either by taxi or metro.
Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women to enter to the venue
