We inform you that the management of the Museums or Archaeological sites, or the Ministry of Cultural Heritage may at any time decide to close some sites totally or partially. No refund will be possible.
Wheelchair users and walker users cannot have access to the Catacombs and the Palatine Hill
We kindly inform you that any kind of disability (mobility issues, wheelchair, visual impairment, hearing impairment,... ) or anything that might prevent you to regularly join the tour, MUST BE communicated in advance to our staff. For people with disabilities, the tour route may be different from the one presented.
Important: please note that you can not get to the Colosseum with large bags / backpacks / suitcases. You may bring small bags, but there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate large items
Pets are not allowed
Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour.
All visitors MUST have a photo ID for the security check! Security will prevent you from entering the monuments if you fail to provide a valid ID card or Passport.
You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Colosseum (Driver License, Passport or State ID all work.) You will be asked to also provide your name, last name and date of birth (at the beginning of the tour, if not provided beforehand.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and/or don't match the one on your ID.
