If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, when booking, you are aware of this possible change and that is why we warn you not to have any complaints later, or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the 9:30 am time slot and the Coliseu sales counter closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot, at 1:30 pm.

Important notice for last-minute reservations (same day or overnight): in case of lack of seats, the customer will be placed on the day following the reserved date.
It rarely happens, but if on the day of your visit the Arena section is closed for public safety reasons, you will explore the first and second floors of the Colosseum, along with the Roman Forum and the Imperial Forums, the Arena in this case will be an overview. You can also enjoy our fantastic tour, and will receive a refund of 10 euros per person.
