You’ll spend time with one of our hosts, uncovering Tokyo’s marvels as you explore the neon-lit city together. Every neighborhood in Tokyo has its own distinct flavor, so maybe try zoom in on one of these microcosms and absorb its unique sights and sounds. Maybe you’d like to discover the highlights of the neighborhood you’re staying in, or simply stroll through the lantern-lined lanes of Tokyo’s older districts.
Along the way you will slurp down ramen noodles, nibble yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) from a street food stall or eat pick up sushi from a department store and head tot he nearest park for a picnic. Just bring your stretchy pants!
Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place.
