Passionate about southern style barbecue, he took a master class in barbecuing when he lived in Texas and grills every Sunday! Hone your barbecue skills as you learn about the ideal temperature and technique for grilling steak or chicken. You'll learn to prepare a seasonal salad and dressing from scratch. Enjoy the meal you helped prepare with your host and his wife when she is home. Discover Texas culture and cuisine during this immersive experience with your host Robert. Robert grew up in a family that loved food - they ate together during meals and if they were not eating, they were talking about food. Robert loves entertaining people and is looking forward to teaching people to barbecue while sharing a meal together!
