The scenery and wildlife of the Falkland Islands continue to take our breath away, visitors are blown away by what they see and experience. Bertha's Beach is recognised as a wetland area of international importance under the RAMSAR Convention, due to the diverse variety of wetland habitats and wildlife. It is one of only two in the Falklands. It is classified as a globally Important Bird Area by Birdlife International. After Bertha's Beach we head back towards Stanley and take a trip to nearby Gypsy Cove to see Magellanic penguins & stunning scenery. Followed by a look around Stanley Homemade lunches & snacks wrapped in compostable/reusuable packaging. Water provided in metal bottles. 5 trees planted for every booking. Our 4x4 vehicles comfortably seat 4 passengers.
