In addition to history, the visitor will get to know the flavors and aromas of wines from a winery on the Rota dos Espumantes that has been operating for over eight decades and has been the protagonist of a story in which tradition and avant-garde blend in perfect harmony with most awarded wines and sparkling wines in Brazil. To complete the tour, there is a visit to an artisanal truffle shop, which stands out for the manual production of truffles that guarantees an irregular shape, which hides inside a surprising and irresistible creamy filling.
