Guests could choose to experience ONE of these slot canyons on a day hike, but we see ALL of it from a SHORT-CUT via the Colorado River, launching from the base of the Hoover Dam.
Sauna Cave: we’ll stop here to discover hot springs deep inside the canyon
Gold Strike Hot Springs: just a 5-10 minute hike away, we’ll head to these hot springs for a quick dip and photo-op
Boy scout Canyon: we’ll get out of our kayaks to explore this area to see hot springs, narrow slot canyons, and some hiking
Arizona Hot Springs Beach: we’ll hike about 15 minutes up to the this open beach area to enjoy a lunch break
Emerald Cave: this gorgeous cave formed by natural faulting lights up emerald green. We’ll paddle through for a quick photo
Emerald Cove: we’ll stop on the beach here for a 30-minute break
