This experience cannot be duplicated! This is the first licensed black walnut processor in New York State and we offer an outdoor, interactive hands-on guided tour that places New York's native walnut in its historical, current and future context. Our tour takes a niche topic, Eastern black walnuts, and uses the history of this tree to illustrate broader trends in how our landscape is evolving in a manner that everyone can relate to, understand and enjoy.

On-site hay ride to get around the site (some walking required)
Black walnuts to crack and equipment to use to crack them
