Our Guide will provide a captivating historical overview of the Eiffel Tower before guiding you to the entrance. As you pass through security, our knowledgeable host will accompany you, addressing any questions you may have along the way. Joining the host in the designated line, the guide will retrieve your summit (top floor) elevator tickets and hand them to you. Once you have your tickets, proceed to the elevator with our host who may accompany you through all the 3 floors or not, as per your preference. Rest assured, our host's role is to facilitate your visit, offer informative insights for the city views and the tower different sights, and ensure your Eiffel Tower visit is hassle-free.

Please note: The Eiffel Tower summit can be closed sometimes. But visitors are allowed only up to the second floor. This is the decision of the Eiffel Tower authorities, and we have no control over it. In such cases, no refund is possible.
You are required to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the booking time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes AFTER your booking time it will be considered as "No Show"
