If you are a fishing enthusiast or a fish lover, this experience is made for you! Discover the first and only freshwater fish smoking laboratory in the Aosta Valley. Altura is a young company born in 2019 from the idea of two friends, Lorenzo and Edoardo, with the idea of enhancing the trout but today it is much more. Near the historic center of Verrés, under a magnificent castle, at the foot of the Val d'Ayas, let yourself be enveloped by the scent of burning wood! We are waiting for you!
