At the end of the cooking class we will all sit together to taste your creations accompanied by some good wine! FRESH PASTA MENU: Homemade fettuccine with amatriciana sauce, tiramisu, organic white and red wine from the Castelli Romani. 2. SALTIMBOCCA & ARTICHOKES MENU: Roman-style Saltimbocca, Roman-style artichokes, Roman-style ricotta pie, organic white and red wine from the Castelli Romani. 3. STUFFED PASTA MENU: Ricotta and spinach tortelli with butter and sage, mascarpone and black cherry cream, organic white and red wine from Castelli Romani.
