During the Vitéz Kürtős workshop trainings, you can gain the insight into the mysteries of making 'kürtőskalács', and you can see up close how the real 'kürtőskalács' is made by hand kneading, baked on charcoal. You can experience that the art of charcoal treatment is just as important as the well-crafted leavened dough making, what are the good ingredients, in addition to all this, a real 'kürtőskalács' will only be baked if it is made with the heart and soul.
