Enjoy an epic and fully private day-trip from Bucharest and follow Romania’s old wine road, reopened to the public after several decades of "hibernation". Initially build by the Romans 2000 years ago, the road cuts straight through Dealu Mare's high hills, displaying beautifully restored manors with old cellars and endless vineyards.
Along the way, you’ll visit a wine museum located inside an old Wallachian manor and enjoy 2 wine tasting sessions at two prestigious wineries. The quality of the wines combined with the knowledge of the local producers will help you understand why Romania is reclaiming its position as a top wine country, currently being the world's 12th producer.
