You will learn about signature mezcals from a large collection of more than seven hundred types of wild agaves and signature blends, all from small producers in the state of Oaxaca. These are limited and unrepeatable productions, extremely careful and valuable, whose ancestral elaboration is worthy of being recognized by our visitors.
