Great 3 hours roaming around Sydney Harbour. 3 course meal was actually tasty. Easy to order wine from your table or the bar. Beautiful views, nice clean ship. Comfy bathrooms. Great value. Would gladly take the same cruise again. Note: You can be picked up at King’s Wharf or Circular Quay. Apparently my original booking was for King’s Wharf, where ever that is? I went to Wharf 2 at Circular Quay, asked at the Captain Cruises ticket desk (first booth to the left) to be picked up at Circular Quay instead, the gentleman was very accommodating and said he would let the crew know to pick us up there.

Wife and I were here on a business trip, and looking for something to do on our one day that would have nice weather. :-) We picked this (the two-course option) out of several alternatives, because it wasn't too long, wasn't too much food (she doesn't eat much and I shouldn't), wasn't too expensive, but still sounded good. It was indeed good, great in fact, with yummy food and drink. (Just remember, drinks are not included.) We got some great views of the Harbor Bridge and the Opera House and other stuff that at least looked like it was something historic and/or otherwise important. And that leads us to the one downside. I was expecting some narration of what we're looking at, as usually happens on cruises of a harbor or river or lake or whatever where there are a lot of tourists. Pretty much everybody knows the Sydney Opera House, and f you've looked into what to do in Sydney, you've seen pictures of the Harbor Bridge, labeled so you know what you're looking at. But the rest of it? Not so much. All in all, still worthwhile, but telling us what we're passing, maybe just a brief announcement, would have made it a five-star experience.

Had a lovely time on the harbour, thought the journey could have been a proper three hour cruise instead of 2 x 1.5 hour round trips. There is so much more of the harbour we could have seen, but we repeated the same journey twice, seeing the same views twice. My suggestion would be to have the cruise stay out for the whole three hours and see more of the harbour.

Very relaxing way to do lunch on the Harbour. Food was great and plenty of time to take in the view. Recommend paying extra for a window seat

Beautiful clean boat with great amenities, staff were amazing, very friendly and great service. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner, drink orders were easy from the table. Plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. Would have been good to have some sort of commentary about the sites we were seeing.

This was a Mother's Day Cruise for my wife and me and we had another friend from Adelaide along as well. It was EXTREMELY disappointing. 1. Staff were surly and not well trained. Some were clumsy carrying plates of food and almost none of them knew how to smile. It was just a job for them. 2. Drinks are ordered via a QR-code link which required registration and entry of credit card details, but as my cc is on my watch I didn't have the number. After much uncertainty and about 20mins, staff managed to organise a "tap and pay" bar tab but they never brought the terminal to my table (despite me asking several times) so my alcohol bill didn't get paid. Their loss! 3. I ordered a medium-rare sirloin. It was overcooked (very well done!), dry and totally inedible. It was like eating a piece of leather. It wasn't worth the effort of sending it back but in hindsight I should have. I figured my free alcohol was sufficient compensation. 4. The "cruise" consisted of Circular Quay, out around Shark Island then to Barangaroo where they docked, picked up some more pax then back to Circular Quay to drop off some pax then repeat the whole route. It was more like being on a a Sydney Harbour ferry service than a cruise.

Firstly they could not find booking but that’s OK we boarded and sat and began to relax. As this was my 60th birthday I was looking forward to this. Then we found out that the simple act of ordering a drink was only to be carried out with the use of a smart phone. You had to log into the said website and order your drinks.By the time this happened we had been served our entree and eaten it.All before a drink made its way to the table.I presumed a photographer would also be on board for photo opportunities ,but apparently not. The food I must admit was very good though.Iwas underwhelmed by the experience we will not be returning.
