Nunu was amazing. We had bad weather so had to make some changes, but he customized the tour for us. We also loved his perspective on history of the area and Portugal; he wasn't just reading from a history book, he had opinions and thoughts which were very interesting and helpful to learn.

Nuno was so knowledgeable and his love for his work is contagious. I loved all the information he provided along with videos and pictures so that we really learned the history of Sintra, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais. He even has tips and tricks on getting into these places at just the right time to avoid the HUNDREDS of tourists that are visiting at the same time. I will recommend to anyone going to Sintra.

Nuno was an excellent guide giving us lots of local information as well as more general information about Portugal covering food, history and anything and everything we wanted to talk about. The gardens at Pena Palace were beautiful although the signposting could be improved. We were also not allowed into the cafe as we hadn't purchased tickets for the palace but Nuno rectified this by taking us to a wonderful local bakery for pasties and coffee. A good tour with excellent guide.
