Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase. Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please enquire with the local tour operator prior to your travel date

Departure transfer will be pickup 3 hours before the departure time for both international and domestic flights

If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
You may inform us at the contact numbers given above, should you be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the waiting time. We can try our best to arrange for the driver to wait pending their availability. Please note the driver reserves the right to impose a surcharge of SGD10 per additional 15 minutes of waiting time.
