We came here one evening on easter weekend with tripadvisor experience. The place is amazing with so much to see and do in it. One of a kind place to go. The food was provided on a wee board due to covid, but was very tasty, given drinks refills also. Cannot wait to return to Milan to visit again. Really recommend doing this as a couple.
Relaxing in the different tubs with the jetted water. The apperitivo was excellent! An experience we will recommend.

Outdoor heated pool, sauna truck and cocktail hour were the highlights of my visit. I will be visiting again.

What an experience! We both loved all the rooms, be sure to explore the underground rooms as they are gorgeous and so relaxing. We had so much fun. The apertivo was delicious and more than enough and the added touch of drinks (your choice) were lovely. Definitely worth your money!!

Best multi spa experience with multiple sauna rooms to explore each with their own theme e.g waterfalls to thunder to different aromas. Outside pool is amazing with bubble jet, sunbeds and a beautiful view Highly recommend to anyone going to Milan who needs a relaxing day

Wonderful atmosphere. We felt chilled after only 30mins. A fantastic range of experiences, all for this price. Really enjoyed the ‘cinema’ room. The aperitivo was delicious and more than we expected, plus the two glasses of bubbly - heaven! Well worth doing and good value for money.

Amazing, would love to be there now, so many different rooms and the outdoor pool was amazing at night.

Great experience but the stuff at the Termemilano first refused to accept the Viator voucher saying that this is not the ticket despite the information on the voucher that at the spa I can redeem it and get the tickets. It cause a large amount of stress and spa/baths experience should start like this. The Viator should have provided me with the tickets straight away rather than giving me the voucher which the staff at the Termemilano had no clue about…

Booked the evening under the stars, from 7pm – midnight. Lovely décor/facilities, with well-manicured lawn areas and places to rest, and the gentleman who checked us in was helpful and welcoming. He was the only staff member with any customer service skills so they obviously wheel him out for front of house, because it was downhill from there. The place was packed with a changing area on par with a busy public swimming pool in the school holidays. Spa etiquette isn't followed by most guests. Eg, have never seen so many people on their phones; in and out of the water. Couples very heavy with the PDAs all around us, and it put us off going into the experience rooms which people seemed to be using for experiences that really belong in private. The aperitif service is resentful in every way. You get a 30 minute time slot which is written on your wristband and checked when you arrive at the designated aperitif room, so you can’t deviate. You’re handed a tray of snacks at the door – a small offering - you get told where to sit, and they police the drinks area to make sure you only have your allotted 2 drinks. Alarmingly, I had a drink taken out of my hand as I was pouring it by a very rude member of staff who accused me of having a 3rd drink, when it was my first. Around 9.15 pm I enquired if there were any food facilities and received a very abrupt 'no, there is nothing'. I’m used to going to spas where there is some sort of café/restaurant, or provision of fruit, fruited water, etc, dotted around, and I probably shouldn’t have made the assumption. I explained that my daughter is diabetic, so would it be possible to leave the spa for half an hour as there is a cafe just on the corner, and I could get her a quick something to eat. We were told absolutely not - if we left, we could not come back in, even though we still had 2 and 3/4 hours left, and she is diabetic. So, we had to leave, and I certainly wouldn’t visit again. I have been to quite a few spas in Italy which are far better than this, so I will revert back to those from now on.
