My best friend and I came to Portugal expecting beauty and a wholehearted experience. Sintra delivered that by the hand of Pedro our tour guide, who took us as if we were both his family. The candid and homey energy was matched by a great tour and a lot of patience since we didn’t speak the language he surprised us by being bilingual and delivered great info on every single spot we went. During our tour we ate at the local pastry shops (Queijada!) and tried Ginja which he knew exactly where to go for the best experience. Overall he made the whole experience completely wholesome with the care of a friend and the info of a scholar. Totally would recommend touring with pedro and his Tuk Tuk!!! Jorge and David

Book this trip. Pedro was incredible. At every stop, all the other tourists were jealous of our guide because of his knowledge and passion for the area. We were clearly the lucky ones(you can be too!). From start to finish we felt welcomed and were taken care of beyond expectation. Even after the trip Pedro went above and beyond to ensure we were well prepared for additional travels we have in Portugal. Book your trip!

What a great way to see Sintra but be warned to see it properly you need a couple of days and stay overnight. Pedro our guide was most accomodating. We booked for 11.00 but realised we would miss our train because of the ticket queue hint get to station earlier this is a very popular destination. He met us and suggested we drive to Cabo da Roca because it was too cold for the tuk tuk, as we drove he stopped and explained places of interest. He also bought empanadas for us from local shop. We returned for lunch and after he picked us up for the tuk tuk ride. Pedro knew the best stops for amazing photos. On the way back to the station we stopped for coffee, ginja and a local speciality. Pedro was most hospitable and nothing was too much trouble including coming to Lisbon to drop off my sunglasses which I had left in his car. Expensive but on reflection worth every dollar, otherwise we would have wondered around without really knowing what we were doing. Thanks Pedro

We did the tuk tuk tour with George and he took us to places we would not have been able to visit without him. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our day in Sinatra special. We enjoyed talking with him and learning about his home.

Pedro was the absolute best tour guide ever. He made this trip amazing with his kind and relaxed way. So much knowledge, insight and genuinely caring way. Absolutely will not use anyone but him next time we are in town! Just have to book a much longer time for tour! Lovely person. Wonderful day!

Pedro was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout our entire visit to Sintra. He took us to the best "photo op" spots throughout Sintra and out by Cabo da Roca, even to a few "off the beaten path" spots that only locals would know about. He was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Sintra. Also, very responsive via the Viator messaging app if you have any questions.

Our guide was extremely hospitable and knowledgable. He told us a variety of very interesting stories that we couldn’t hear anywhere else. He also bought us coffee and delicious local pastries. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough.

Georgi was an incredible guide. We got delayed at a restaurant and showed up late, he was so warm and gracious in spit of that. He made the day fun and extremely memorable. Thanks Papa George!
