Choquequirao is believed to be up to twice the size of Machu Picchu (the exact size is unknown as most of it is still covered by jungle), the road to Choquequirao takes you through the sights of the Apurimac Valley. Hike steep roads and trails and dense cloud forests, dusty desert, and spectacularly scenic passes with views of spectacular landscapes.
