4 Hours Cold Immersion in the River of Peru Cusco

This is a unique and spiritual adventure which involves visiting a series of Inca ruins that used to be part of the real state of the Inca King. During our walk we will try to connect with history and the different elements which played a strong role during the Inca Empire, such as sacred sites and entities in nature. The site that we will visit includes Inca temples, sacred sites (known as Huacas by the Incas) and fantastic views of nature alongside a river. The breathwork and cold plunge is designed to be a transformative experience - but this experience is so much more than that, because we will talk about the history, landscape, and other fun facts you’d want to know.
