Delphi and Meteora ("suspended in the air") in a 3-day/2-night NEW private tour. The extra day is for another "wow" but unknown to tourists location; the "Perfect Corner of Greece: Pelion Peninsula" Why this tour? Because of the amazing mix of sites, the authenticity, the blending in with the locals, and the great lunch & drinks! ☼ After drop-off at Delphi, stroll around the area on a self-guided tour of the amazing Delphi site and museum. Enjoy the great lunch -the treat of your driver- at a location where Greeks eat out. ☼ We arrive at Meteora early enough for an extra (included) late afternoon visit to the famous rocks. Overnight at a great hotel facing Meteora. ☼ Next morning, we'll further explore the monasteries before heading to Pelion to start exploring the villages in the late afternoon and the next morning too. Heading back to Athens will include a couple of relaxing stops; one at the Thermopylae battlefield of the famous 300 of King Leonidas & another for a great lunch.
