During the climb on Mt. Fuji, this tour is accompanied by 3 staff members-a Japanese-speaking mountain guide, a National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter, and a Japanese-speaking tour conductor. Even beginners can participate worry-free. Spend the night at Mt. Fuji's 7th Station, see the sunrise from the mountaintop, and then recharge after mountain climbing by soaking in a hot spring! The tour will be guided on a popular route. The Japanese-speaking mountain guide will lead participants on a walk around the caldera at the summit for no additional charge. At the mountain hut, customers will be staying in a room with single size beds for each person (capsule hotel style, dormitory type) International visitors who do not have their own mountain climbing gear on hand can also participate easily, as gear rental service information will be provided. Rental items can be picked up at Shinjuku or Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and returned at Mt. Fuji 5th Station.

If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent. • There is a risk of altitude sickness as oxygen is thinner than on the lowlands. In addition, as the weather and temperature can change suddenly, consulting with your doctor in advance is recommended for those who have any health concerns while mountain climbing. Please be sure to take care of your physical condition before departure such as by getting enough sleep and avoiding hangovers.

Participants may be unable to see the sunrise from the mountain due to weather or crowding on the mountain path, but please understand that these will not be accepted as reasons for a refund.
  • Generally the tour will be carried out even in the case of rain, but in the case of bad weather at Mt. Fuji the tour conductors and mountain guide will determine whether to halt the tour with first consideration to safety. Also, the above times, climbing time, route, and arrival times may vary greatly depending on weather and crowding conditions. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued even in case of cancellation partway through the tour.
  • Only the customers themselves know their own physical condition. For those who start to feel unwell while mountain climbing, please do not exert yourself and inform the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter. Depending on your condition, please take a break, or stop mountain climbing. In addition, please follow any guidance or instructions from the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter.
  • Customers may stop mountain climbing due to poor physical condition and stay or take a rest at a mountain hut other than the one planned for accommodation on that day, but in this case, customers will shoulder any charges for accommodation and rest, and the tour booking charge will not be refunded. In addition, the trip down the mountain will not be accompanied by the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter, mountain guide, and Japanese-speaking tour conductor.
  • Charges are required for toilets between Mt. Fuji 5th Station and the summit. Please prepare enough coins. Charges are also required even at the mountain hut accommodation. Approx. JPY 50-300 each time.
