Rubjerg Knude is an abandoned lighthouse on the North Sea coast. The lighthouse has begun to be progressively buried by moving sands, and it is anticipated to tumble into the sea by 2023. There are trails around the lighthouse where you may hike, jog, or even ride your bike. Wear proper clothes and safeguard your photographic equipment as strong gusts can blow the sand fairly violently.

A lovely antique lighthouse will be relocated in August 2019 due to deterioration. There is free parking on the sand about 1.5 kilometers away from the location. Beautiful view of the shore and the water!
