Enjoy unspoiled nature, fresh air, pure spring water and magnificent waterfalls during this Zrmanja Canoe Safari. The experience is not to demanding (class II/III) and it is safe enough for beginner canoeists too.

Velebit safari.. This particular trip by 4x4 vehicle, is real off-road driving up into the Velebit mountains along with some hiking, a great and all-around adventure. The hiking portion is approx. 35min in one direction to Mamet cave, with low difficulty, and 35min back. Off road driving consist of varying terrain from difficult backcountry paths to the famous 'Majstorska Cesta' road dating back to the 18th century.

Spend half-day rafting in Zrmanja. Soak up the atmosphere of this unspoiled area and enjoy the itinerary which fares as medium difficulty. The river is not too demanding (class III) and it is safe enough for beginners too.

Please note that in the case of lower water level inflatable, two-person kayaks will be used.

Ever since the agency was founded back in 1998, our goal is to provide everlasting experience kayaking down the river Zrmanja and we are dedicated to work exclusively with small groups of people which allows us personal approach to each guest.

The quad tour of four hours contains beautiful views of the entire Zadar archipelago and the Zadar hinterland. We climb to 1100 m above sea level with a few breaks for photography. Driving over the most beautiful mountain road in Croatia, Majstorska cesta, we pass by the church of St. Francis dating from 1832. Also, we pass the locations where films about the Indian chief Winnetou were made. Continuing the ride, we can see windmills up close, after which we arrive at the viewpoint of the canyon of the river Zrmanja, then we return mostly on macadam. The whole ride is led by our guide who points out the beauties and curiosities of our region at every stop.

Come with us on this active and yet refreshing adventure holiday! We take you to the best two rivers of the Croatian Highlands (“Gorski Kotar”), each beautiful in its own right, and then travel on for a gorgeous day of sea kayaking as well as some more river excitement in Northern Dalmatia.

This trip is suited for everyone who likes to be in or around water, or who wants to learn more about different styles of kayaking. No former experience required – your guide will help you learn the safety rules and techniques necessary for the activity.

After the excitement of each day, relax back at the hotel, enjoy our delicious traditional Croatian cuisine and go for a short swim in the nearby river or sea. Discover Croatia by kayak – what a wonderful door into this country full of rivers, waterfalls and islands!
