Our most popular Tamar Valley Wine Tour is a relaxing full day tour and is inclusive of a delicious lunch and complimentary glass of wine. 

For the Full Day Tamar Valley Wine Tour, we pick you up from your Launceston accommodation. You are then personally driven to each vineyard in our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle by a fully accredited, friendly guide. We normally visit at least five vineyards of various styles and sizes on this tour, but you set the pace.

At the vineyards you will have the opportunity to meet & engage with the winemakers and cellar door experts. You are able to take the experience home and purchase wines at each of the vineyards we visit. Freight to your home can be arranged if you wish.

All your wine tastings and lunch are included in the price of this tour.  Following your day out, we will drop you off at your Launceston accommodation.

A Wine Tour or Day Tour can be structured with your groups input or without. Should there be certain wineries that they would like to see or sights these can be included as long as they fit into the time frame allowed. Below is some information that may assist. You will experience the delights of wine country of Tamar Region on this wine tour starting from Launceston. You will visit four to six popular wineries, all within a short drive of Launceston with our informative wine guide. You will experience the best food and wine tastings the Tamar Valley has to offer on our tour. You might meet the winemakers themselves at some wineries and taste a wide range of award winning and cool climate wines. We are sure the experience will please any foodie and lover of Tassie wine.

Launceston City Tour would begin with Swiss Village established in 1989 by Mr Vos for his wife, who loved Grindelwald Switzerland after their scenic holiday in Switzerland.

And then, we head to Tamar Wetland, the unique urban wetlands reserve near Launceston. A short walk from tourist center takes you to a bird hide that you can observe wetland birds and tamar valley. Brady Lookout, the unique attraction in the Tamar Valley, is set right on the cliff edge.

After lunch, we continue the trip to Cataract Gorge Reserve where has walking tacks, the world’s longest single span chairlift, a suspension bridge and panoramic lookouts with spectacular views.
