The night begins with an elegant four-course tasting menu at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano at The Venetian Resort, inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. This dynamic menu brings flavors inspired by Northern Italian cuisine. Following dinner, the journey continues with a luxury transfer to our Las Vegas VIP terminal. Guests will experience the sparkling lights of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown from a helicopter, with brilliant views of the space beam of the Luxor, the New York-New York skyscrapers, the Eiffel Tower at Paris, the fountains of the Bellagio, and the 1000-foot-tall Strat.

The Afternoon Bites and Night Flight includes a fabulous three-course tasting menu at Buddy V's Ristorante, located in The Venetian Resort. This dynamic menu brings flavors inspired by Buddy Valastro, best known from TLC's Cake Boss, with beloved family recipes like Grandma's Meatballs, My Wife's Eggplant Parm, Grilled Salmon, and Shrimp Scampi. For dessert, guests will choose between Buddy V's famous Cannoli or the daily chef-selected dessert.

You'll enjoy free time, followed by a Strip Highlights Night Flight that in the evening. The breathtaking sights include the Luxor's Sky beam, the Eiffel Tower, the Fountains of Bellagio, Doge's Palace plaza at The Venetian, the 1,000-foot-tall Strat & SkyPod, and Downtown Las Vegas.

Enjoy a scenic helicopter flight over the dazzling Las Vegas Strip. You will be collected from your hotel by luxury-style transportation (if you choose the tour with transportation option) and then checked in for your flight. Your 10-12 minute flight will take you north to Downtown Las Vegas and Fremont Street and then fly back down the Strip to the terminal. If you choose the "tour without transportation" option, hotel transfers will not be included, and you must check in at our terminal 45 minutes before flight time.
