We will start our trip in Quito very early in the morning, during the entire journey we will be able to enjoy the beautiful Andean landscape, on the way we will observe several snow-capped mountains such as Cotopaxi and Illinizas, when we arrive at Quilotoa we will be totally amazed to admire all the beauty of the lagoon from the viewpoint, here we will have adequate time to take several photos and enjoy the place.

This full-day cultural tour begins with a visit to a local indigenous market at Saquilisilí or a historic church in Pujilí (Thursday/Sunday). In the Quilotoa community, you can do various activities such as kayaking around the lagoon, horseback riding and walks around the crater, Boat ride (optional) - NOT INCLUDED

The Quilotoa is a 3 km (2 mi) wide water-filled caldera formed by the collapse of this dacite volcano followed by an eruption of VEI-6 approximately 812 years ago, which produced a pyroclastic flow and lahars ( mud flows) that reached the Pacific Ocean, which deposited volcanic ash through the air along the northern Andes.
